Artificial Monoculture Pine Tree crops are most unstable, as you can see here, they can become a loss - financial write off investment within hours from one strong wind. The expected profit will be 'super slim' when most of the trees end up in smoke, or only as marginal woodchips, just splintered waste, or due to insects attack borers, discoloured by blue fungal and wood rot. From a hydrology point of view these rotation tree crops are a disaster.
